• • 2003 – present: Dental House Doktore Milcarz sp. z o.o. in Łuków (dentist, implantologist, manager, owner)
  Managing a multi-person medical team,
  Passionate about modern technologies and their integration with dentistry.
  Many years of experience in implantology, performing treatment of both simple cases and complex reconstructions.
  Using a digital protocol and navigation throughout the entire implant treatment process.
• 2018 - present: DH Lab - dental laboratory at Dental House, currently accomplishing the full prosthetic needs of the clinic.

• "Navigated Implantology, Digital Workflow" - an original, stationary, two-day medical course at the Dental House headquarters in Łuków, organized periodically from 2021.
