I. General provisions

1. The Ceramists No Limits Congress event, hereinafter referred to as the Event, will take place on September 27-28, 2024 at the Andel's Hotel in Łódź, ul. Ogrodowa17.

2. The organizer of the event is Ryo Miwa Prosthetic Laboratory "Ceramist Ryo" based in Warsaw, ul. Drzeworytników 13, NIP 945-187-91-40, REGON: 120075918, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

II. Rules of Participation

1. The event program is available on the website www.ceramists.pl. The organizer reserves the right to change the program. The Organizer will inform about changes on the website and by e-mail (in the case of registered participants).
2. The Event can be attended by people who have registered on the website:
   www.ceramists.pl
3. Registration of participation in the Event is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
4. The fee for participation in the Event includes:
   - participation in the Event,
   - materials from media patrons and sponsors,
   - lunch/coffee break
5. Participants of the Event cover their own travel costs to the Event venue and the costs of return, as well as any accommodation.
6. Information on fees and registration conditions is published on the Event website: www.ceramists.pl
7. The condition for participation is to register electronically and pay the full amount for participation to the account: 30114020040000380239177666, mbank  by bank transfer or via online payments within 7 business days from the date of registration.
8. The organizer is authorized to issue an invoice without the recipient's signature.
9. Applications for participation made via the website www.ceramists.pl are accepted until September 25, 2024. Cost of participation in the Event, according to the schedule:

10. The fee for participation in the Event paid by one participant may be transferred to another, provided that information about the change is provided to the Organizer by September 20, 2024.
11. If the Event is canceled for reasons attributable to the Organizer, the participant is entitled to a 100% refund of the participation costs.
12. If the Event is canceled for reasons beyond the Organizer's control that make it impossible to hold the Event, the participant is entitled to a refund of 50% of the participation costs. The organizer is not liable for any claims for compensation in this respect.
13. The Participant who is a Consumer has a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. The deadline is counted from the date of registration of the participant for the Event.

III. Security

1. The Organizer is not responsible for items left behind, lost or stolen during the Event.
2. Participants are obliged to comply with the safety rules, occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations applicable at the facility where the Event is organized.

IV. Other issues

1. The event will be filmed and photographed by the Organizer.
2. Registration of participation is tantamount to the transfer of copyright to the recordings and photos and the participant's consent to their commercial distribution. The above arrangements apply when the participant is filmed or photographed while participating in the Event in the presence of the host and when the participant voluntarily agrees to be interviewed in front of the camera or pose for a photo.
3. By registering to participate in the Event, the participant also consents to the processing of personal data by the Organizer for the needs of the Event and on the principles arising from generally applicable legal provisions, with particular emphasis on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2018 .
4. In matters not specified in the above regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
